This free support group will provide a safe space for LGBTQ+ teens to interact and engage with their peers through discussions and activities that work to validate and support teens on their journey. Topics will include exploration of identities, developing and strengthening coping skills, common challenges and how to face them, improving self-worth and self-esteem, navigating interpersonal relationships and how to access resources.
